Welcome to 6-directions.com. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 6-Directions Unlimited ApS (CVR: DK42920193), Otto Brandenburgs Vej 88, 2450 København SV, Denmark. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully before using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or placing an order through our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.
These Terms are governed by Danish law and comply with applicable Danish and EU consumer protection legislation, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Section 1 — Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has consented on your behalf. If you are under 18 but above the age of majority in your country of residence, you may use the Services only with parental or guardian consent.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or placing an order, you may be required to provide certain personal information such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, payment details, and shipping information. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you hold all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person.
Section 2 — Our Products
We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, and display settings. We cannot guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product will precisely match what is displayed on your screen.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available for sale to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. 6-Directions Unlimited ApS reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we send a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. We must receive and successfully process your payment before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests. In the event that we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will notify you by e-mail to the address provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and the statutory right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law (see Section 6).
You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Payment
All prices on www.6-directions.com are stated in the applicable currency and include Danish VAT (25%) for orders within the European Union, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation e-mail.
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. See Section 5 for further details.
From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts governed by their own terms. Where there is a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
You confirm that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorised to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges incurred will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all amounts due, including any applicable shipping charges.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
All delivery times stated on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (see Section 14 — Force Majeure).
Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon handover to the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@6-directions.com.
For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or import charges may apply. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. If a shipment is refused, the cost of return shipping and any customs charges will be deducted from your refund.
Section 6 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns
As a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, by e-mail to info@6-directions.com. You must return the goods without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Returned items must be in substantially the same condition as received. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless we agree otherwise. We will process your refund — including standard outbound shipping costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, or to goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (where applicable).
For defective or incorrect goods, please refer to our Defects & Complaints policy and the statutory 24-month right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
Section 7 — Intellectual Property
All content on our Services — including trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, video, audio, and the design and arrangement thereof — is owned by 6-Directions Unlimited ApS or its licensors and is protected by Danish and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
The name ‘6-Directions Unlimited ApS’, our logos, and product names are trademarks of 6-Directions Unlimited ApS. Shopify’s name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links and Tools
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or provide access to third-party tools. We do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or tools. Your use of third-party websites or tools is at your own risk and subject to those parties’ own terms and policies.
We provide access to any optional third-party tools “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty or endorsement. We assume no liability arising from your use of such tools.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, Inc., which provides the technical infrastructure for our Services. All sales and purchases are made directly with 6-Directions Unlimited ApS. Shopify is not a party to any transaction between you and us and is not responsible for any aspect of such transactions, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify and its affiliates are released from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with 6-Directions Unlimited ApS.
Section 10 — Privacy and Personal Data
All personal data collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, available at www.6-directions.com, and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection legislation (Databeskyttelsesloven).
Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain technical data about your use of the Services. Please review Shopify’s Privacy Policy for further information.
Section 11 — Feedback and Reviews
If you submit feedback, reviews, suggestions, or other content to us (“Feedback”), you grant 6-Directions Unlimited ApS a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose, including to improve and promote our Services.
You confirm that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback; (ii) your Feedback is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We are under no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it, or respond to it. We may remove Feedback that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally, information on our Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update or cancel orders where information is inaccurate, without prior notice. We will notify affected customers promptly.
Section 13 — Prohibited Uses
You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services:
- for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose;
- to violate any applicable Danish, EU, or international laws or regulations;
- to infringe upon intellectual property rights of 6-Directions Unlimited ApS or any third party;
- to harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or harm any person;
- to transmit false or misleading information;
- to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
- to impersonate any person or entity;
- to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code;
- to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our Services without authorisation;
- to interfere with or circumvent security features of our Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
Section 14 — Force Majeure
6-Directions Unlimited ApS is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil our obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or disruptions to transport networks or supply chains.
Section 15 — Termination
We may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding amounts. The following provisions shall survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Privacy Policy.
Section 16 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by Danish and EU law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Please note that mandatory consumer protection rights under Danish law — including the 24-month right to complain for defective goods under the Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) — are not affected by this disclaimer.
Section 17 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6-Directions Unlimited ApS, its partners, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Danish or EU consumer law.
Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 6-Directions Unlimited ApS, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services.
Section 19 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 20 — Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and any other policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and 6-Directions Unlimited ApS regarding your use of the Services, and supersede all prior agreements.
Section 21 — Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time without notice.
Section 22 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes arising from your use of the Services or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
