The functional slide training set for fitness and sport

6D SLIDING moves your whole body in every direction—up, down, side to side, front to back, and even in rotations. It gives you a workout that’s challenging but easy on your joints. Slide training engages your body in static holds and dynamic movements, improving balance and strengthening your core.

With the 6D SLIDING set, you can work out anywhere—at home, in the gym, or on the go. The two 6D Sliders work for both hands and feet and glide smoothly on most surfaces.

Designed and made in Denmark with a focus on sustainability, the sliders are produced with CO2-neutral energy and 60% recycled materials. They are free from bitumen, PVC and other environmentally detrimental substances. All materials are TÜV-approved, fragrance-free, antistatic and hypoallergenic.
