6D SLIDING Pro works your whole body in every direction—up, down, side to side, front to back, and even in rotations. It gives you a full-body workout that’s both effective and easy on your joints. Slide training pushes your body in static holds and dynamic moves, boosting balance and building core strength.

Designed and made in Denmark with a focus on sustainability, the sliders are produced with CO2-neutral energy and 60% recycled materials. They are free from bitumen, PVC and other environmentally detrimental substances. All materials are TÜV-approved, fragrance-free, antistatic and hypoallergenic.
