30 x 6D™ Sliders for functional slide training

6D SLIDING is perfect for team and group workouts, taking up to 15 people through a full-body workout in every direction—up, down, side to side, front to back, and even in rotations. It’s challenging but easy on the body, helping with both static holds and dynamic movements to improve balance and strengthen your core.

The 6D SLIDING Team set is perfect for working out anywhere —whether it’s on the indoor court, in the gym, or while travelling. The 30 6D Sliders are designed for both hands and feet, gliding smoothly on most surfaces.

Designed and made in Denmark with a focus on sustainability, the sliders are produced with CO2-neutral energy and 60% recycled materials. They are free from bitumen, PVC and other environmentally detrimental substances. All materials are TÜV-approved, fragrance-free, antistatic and hypoallergenic.
